How does it work?

Make an appointment to come and see us. Bring along your outfit (if you have one) and we'll work with you to find the right colour match and a style that you feel comfortable with. Bring members of your family/ friends and have some fun in finding out what style works best for your face shape.


How can I be sure the hat is in good condition when I hire it?

We steam clean our hats to a professional standard after each hire to ensure hats are always hired out in excellent condition ready for the next customer to enjoy.


​When can I pick up and collect?

We hire our hats out for the weekend, normally available for you to pick up on the Friday and return on the Monday. However we are able to accommodate collection times that suit you, for example midweek weddings and Royal Ascot race days.


What happens if you don't have a hat/fascinator in the right colour or style for me?

We only include a selection of our hats and fascinators on our website. Our stock is constantly being updated so share your ideas with us and we'll work together to find a perfect headpiece for your special occasion.


​Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we request a small cash deposit when you collect the hat and providing it is returned on time and in the same excellent condition, your deposit will be refunded in cash.


What happens if I hire more than once?

We have a loyalty card scheme so after four hires you receive the fifth hire free.


What happens if I refer a friend?

Tell your friends about us and if they hire one of our headpieces you'll receive 10% off your next hire.
